Full Catering Service

We provide a full catering event service with onsite chefs, waiting staff and bar staff. All of our menu prices include crockery, cutlery and catering equipment. We can also advise you on the best marquee suppliers, furniture rental providers, florists and entertainment – our team will use their extensive skill and experience to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Catering at Home

Not everyone needs our full catering service. If you are looking for food delivery and set up only, please get in touch. We will deliver your food, set it up in chafers, provide crockery, cutlery and napkins and your guests can help themselves. Call us today and we can talk through different menu options that may suit your budget and style of event. 


We also offer set menu options that can be purchased directly in our online shop – choose from a delicious Hot Buffet Menu, eye catching Cold Buffet Menu and our very popular summer BBQ Menu!   • Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
    We can tailor a menu to suit most dietary requirements and will be happy to discuss these in further detail.
  • When do you require the final menu?
    We will need to know the final preferred menu, no later than one week prior the event. This is to ensure we can plan for your event effectively.
  • What is the maximum number you can cater for?
    We can cater for up to 6,000 guests.
  • When do you require final numbers?
    We will need to know the final numbers 72 hours in advance of the event. This is to give us enough time to book staff and order the food.
  • Can I make changes to my booking?
    Yes, once you have made your booking you can make menu changes up to one week prior to the event. After this date we may not be able to alter the booking, as we will have already purchased stock and organised staff etc.
  • How many staff will be looking after my event?
    This depends on your choice of menu, venue and total numbers of guests attending. We will be happy to discuss this in further detail with you.
  • Does my Quote include crockery, cutlery and linen?
    Yes your quote includes crockery, cutlery and white linen. If you would like speciality linens and bespoke cutlery, we will be happy to provide you with a suitable quote.
  • Can you provide a bar / drinks?
    Yes we can provide all drinks: Wine, Bottled Beers, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Juices and Mineral Waters. We can also provide draught beer, bar counter units and bar staff – please let us know your requirements and we will provide a suitable quote. All drinks are charged for on consumption only.
  • Can we provide our own drinks?
    Yes you can, a nominal corkage charge will apply. We will be happy to provide a suitable quote.
  • Do I need a Duty Manager for my event?
    Yes a duty manager is required for all events and 2-3 depending on the size of the event. Their expertise and logistical skills will ensure that your event will run like clockwork. Your duty manager will be briefed on all the details and expectations of your event.
  • Do you take the rubbish away with you?
    Yes we dispose of all our event rubbish and recycle accordingly. We will leave your premises / kitchen as we would found it – spotless!
  • How do I make a booking and payment?
    Once you are happy with your quote, and we have confirmed your date is available, please send us an email to confirm your booking with the final menu and approx.. numbers. We require a booking deposit of 15% and we will then send a pro forma invoice for a bank transfer.
  • Is a site visit required?
    Yes it is always advisable to have a site visit prior to an event so that we are familiar of the venue or location. This will ensure that your event will run as smoothly as possible.
  • What is the maximum distance you will travel?
    We are based in Dublin, we are happy to travel anywhere in the country, additional travel expenses may apply dependant on how far from Dublin. We will be happy to provide you with a suitable quote.
  • Health and Safety?
    Our business is registered with the HSE (Eastern Health Board). Our Chefs are experienced and HACCP qualified. All of our equipment goes through annual safety checks. Our company carries Product & Public Liability Insurance of €6.5 million, as well as Employers Liability of €13 million.
